Hi, I’m Tilly, the face behind Shine Shack.

My journey into the world of Permanent Makeup began with a deep love for beauty and a desire to help people feel their absolute best. I trained under Laura Kay, a true pioneer with over 20 years in the industry, and later honed my skills with Olga Mankovskaia, an internationally recognised award-winning PMU artist and instructor. Their mentorship gave me not only the technical knowledge but also the confidence to begin creating results I’m genuinely proud of.

I’ve also completed additional training focused on PMU for darker skin tones, something I’m incredibly passionate about. Every skin tone deserves thoughtful, skilled treatment, and this training has been invaluable in helping me serve a more inclusive and diverse clientele.

While I’m still at the beginning of my career, each client I’ve worked with has made this journey so rewarding. I’ve truly loved every transformation, every chat, and every moment I get to make someone feel more confident in their own skin.

Most recently, I took the leap to create Shine Shack, a beautiful, vibrant, and luxurious space I built by converting an old artist’s studio at the bottom of my garden. It’s now a peaceful little haven, designed to help you relax, recharge, and leave feeling like the very best version of yourself.
